HYBRID is a training program built for people who want to be physically capable across the board.
The aim is not to specialise, peak, or chase extremes. The aim is to train in a way that makes you stronger, more powerful, and fitter — without compromising movement, speed, or durability.
Training is split across the week to balance heavy lifting, running, engine work, and conditioning. Strength sessions focus on fundamental lifts and accessories. Conditioning develops both aerobic capacity and high-output work. Running is trained consistently, not randomly, to improve speed and efficiency without interfering with strength progress.
HYBRID rewards consistency.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
- Access to the UNLKD training app: structured weekly program that includes strength training, conditioning, and running.
- Coaches support: 1-to-1 access to your coaches through the app for questions, feedback, and ongoing support.
- Nutrition support: guidance to help fuel training and recovery.
- Leaderboard sessions / challenges: take part in optional challenges designed to build consistency and performance.
- UNLKD community chat: access to the group WhatsApp for support, accountability, and shared progress.
