1. Do I need to be at a certain fitness level?
No, the idea behind our programs is that we meet you where you're at. We aim to progress over time as a team.
2. Do I need to be a member of a gym?
HYROX, HYBRID and our UNLKD 8 challenge are gym focused programs therefore you will need access to a variety of equipment such as barbells, ergs, squat rack, etc.
However, our HOME program is DB only, therefore can be completed from anywhere.
If you are joining our BESPOKE community, the choice is yours in terms of training as your sessions will be fully tailored around you.
3. What is the difference between your HYROX and HYBRID programs?
The biggest difference between the two will be the volume of running. Both programs will include a level of strength work, the HYROX plan being more specific to the HYROX movements and event, whereas the HYBRID plan covers all bases to develop overall performance.
4. If my goal is specifically to develop strength, which program should I sign up for?
The UNLKD 8 challenge and the HYBRID program will both include a broader range of strength work, meaning if your goal is specifically to build muscle, then one of these 2 options are for you.
5. Do your programs cater for men and women?
Yes. All programs within UNLKD are suitable for anyone with the drive to be better.
