Ultimately, this program has been developed to help prepare you for life - building a strong foundation across the board. Regardless of your current ability or time constraints, we will give you all the tools to ensure success.
You will have direct access to Rebeccah and Danny via the app to ensure constant learning and feel accountable to the goals you set yourself.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
- Structured and periodised training - Workouts designed for you to enhance your strength, fitness and overall performance. 6 sessions weekly - 2 strength + 3 conditioning + 1 run.
- Nutritional guidance - Receive practical and flexible eating strategies that compliment your fitness goals. You will also receive weekly education videos discussing various topics to help you maximise your progress on this journey.
- Coach call - Once signed up, you will have an option of booking a free consult call with either Rebeccah or Danny. This will be a space where you can learn, have your questions answered and be given a strategy to ensure success.
- Community chat - 24/7 motivation in our UNLKD community WhatsApp group, where you can share victories and build connections to ensure you feel supported on this journey.
- Coach accountability - Get expert feedback on your technique, performance metrics and overall progress to ensure safe, effective workouts.
