Ultimately, this program has been developed to help prepare you for life - building a strong foundation across the board - whether your goal is weight loss or increased muscle we have you covered.
You will have direct access to Rebeccah and Danny via the app throughout the course of the challenge to ensure constant learning and feel accountable to the goals you set yourself.
What You Will Receive :

- Coach call - a space where you can learn, have your questions answered and stay accountable in a 1 to 1 setting. Book this in with one of the coaches on a week of your choice during the challenge.
- Community chat - 24/7 motivation in our UNLKD community WhatsApp group, where you can share victories and build connections to ensure you feel supported on this journey.
- Coach accountability - Get expert feedback on your technique, performance metrics and overall progress to ensure safe, effective workouts. You will also have direct access to both coaches via the UNLKD app.
- Nutritional guidance - Receive practical and flexible eating strategies that compliment your fitness goals. We believe in consistency never restriction.
